Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM onwards

Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Individual Room Reservations

Booking Guarantee

All reservations must be confirmed through advance payment. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, except American Express (Amex).

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and applicable taxes.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.

Early Departure Policy

Guests departing before their confirmed check-out date will be charged 100% retention of the remaining reserved stay, as per the original reservation.

Reservation Modifications

Any modification or cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email and shall be subject to availability and applicable charges.

Non-Refundable Booking Policy

Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate/Offer are not eligible for cancellation, modification, transfer, or refund under any circumstances.

  • Full advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellation, no-show, early departure, or reduction in stay duration.
  • Date changes and guest name changes are not permitted.
  • In case of failure to arrive on the scheduled date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

  • More than 90 days before arrival: No Cancellation Charges
  • Between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 25% of total booking value
  • Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value
  • Between 30 days and arrival date: 100% of total booking value

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, civil disturbances, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions. Subject to management approval and availability, booking amounts may be adjusted against a future reservation within 3 months from the original arrival date. Rebooked reservations shall be subject to prevailing rates and policies.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this booking shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

PR & Media Policy

Guests, event organizers, or booking entities shall not use the hotel's name, logo, trademarks, images, or proprietary branding material without prior written approval from hotel management.

Mandatory Identification Requirement

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. Accepted IDs include Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, or any government-approved photo identification. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in the absence of valid identification.

Additional Hotel Policies

  • Accommodation for drivers, domestic staff, or maids is not available unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.
  • Pets are not permitted unless expressly allowed under a specific pet-friendly policy.
  • Guests are advised to check prevailing travel advisories and government regulations before travel.
  • During winter months, guests are encouraged to arrive before 4:00 PM for safe travel conditions.
